We all know the physical, mental, educational and social benefits of gardening. But are you communicating all of those benefits to your customers? The National Garden Bureau works closely with the American Horticulture Therapy Association, the only national U.S. organization advocating for the development of the horticultural therapy profession and the practice of horticulture as therapy for human well-being. Listed below are some of the many concrete benefits of gardening.
