Pollinator Protection and Cleary TriStar^® Insecticide

Recent EPA regulatory actions to protect pollinators (including honeybees) have impacted what products landscapers, nurseries, greenhouses and ornamental growers can use, and have left them looking for alternatives.

Nufarm’s Cleary TriStar^® Insecticide is not affected by these regulatory actions. In fact, TriStar is an alternative for growers looking to control insect pests, while reducing the risk to pollinator species. The active ingredient in TriStar, acetamiprid, is an EPA reduced risk product. Acetamiprid has a short soil half-life, is compatible with numerous beneficial insect IPM programs, and has been proven to provide superior levels of pollinator safety in comparison to other turf and ornamental crop protection insecticides.

TriStar combines the benefits of acetamiprid with the convenience of an odorless, easy-to-mix, water-based formula. It protects plants with contact, systemic and translaminar activity, is an excellent tank-mix partner with many fungicides and miticides, and can be used as an effective resistance management tool.

Pallet forks

Two new pallet fork models are available from Worksaver Inc., designed for John Deere H480 loaders with Global Series II tool carrier. Oil drain valve
