Containers
Anderson Bands are the newest products available from Anderson Die & Manufacturing. The bands are available in various sizes for a variety of nursery and greenhouse purposes.

The bands feature built-in stacking ribs to inhibit root swirling and a square design to promote root growth. The bands also provide more soil than round pots in an equivalent space. The result is overall increased plant vigor and health. The bands also allow established plants to come in a container suitable for immediate grafting.

Anderson Deep Tree Bands and Anderson Perennial/Bedding Plant Bands all feature a patented cross-bottom design. Full bottom designs with corner drainage are available in some sizes as well. Anderson Bands containers are reusable. READER SERVICE #46

Filters
The ILF-080 in line filter is now available from Dramm. The ILF-080 is an in-line filter with hose threads for use with hand watering tools or drip irrigation systems. The easy-to-clean filter features a stainless steel reinforced, 80 mesh screen inside an ABS hosing. The screen is designed to remove particles that will clog watering tools. A swiveling female hose thread allows for easy connections and a poly-vinyl foam covering provides a comfortable grip. The ILF-080 is ideal for use with the Dramm 1000PL, 750 PL and 350PL Screen-Aire. The inline filter will remove particulates that will clog these and other fine nozzles. READER SERVICE #47

Loaders
Bobcat has updated its line of all-wheel steer (AWS) loaders with the Bobcat A770. The new unit offers both all-wheel and skid-steer drive options. It has a vertical lift path and a 3,325 lb rated operating capacity. The A770 replaces the A300 model. The A770 offers the low ground disturbance, reduced tire wear and fast travel speed of a small wheel loader as well as the maneuverability and versatility of a skid-steer. It comes standard with a two-speed transmission and travel speed of 12.3 in high range and 7.1 in low range.

Scotts Professional has introduced Osmocote Pro Controlled Release Fertilizer with Fusion Technology. The product adheres surface-applied fertilizer prills to growing media. Osmocote Pro with Fusion Technology has an eight to nine month longevity when applied. READER SERVICE #49

Oleotrol-M is the latest bio-fungicide released by Natural Forces. It controls powdery mildew, downy mildew, rust, botrytis, gray mold and more.
