KANSAS CITY, Missouri - DCA Outdoor has announced that Brian Kane has joined DCA Outdoor in a newly created position of business development director. Kane brings 18 years of green industry experience to the company. His role will focus on assisting all brands within DCA to acquire new clients and create add-on sales to existing customers.
Kane is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Horticulture. His previous position included residential/commercial lawn, tree, and pest control services. Kane’s track record includes considerable achievement through development of add-on services using concrete strategies, innovation, and persistence as well as developing and leveraging strong internal and external business relationships.
“It’s not very often that you get a chance to bring someone into the organization that has as much industry experience as Brian has,” said Tory Schwope, DCA Outdoor founder and CEO. “The business development role is a unique opportunity in the organization and we were on the hunt for someone with that entrepreneurial spirit and competitive fire. Brian has that and will represent KAT and Brehob in the professional community very well.”
The business development director position was created to support other managers within the company by helping customers with their landscaping needs and determine those needs in a timely manner.
