The Stichting EPS (European Plant Support) is currently seeking innovative ideas for the tree nursery industry, with the aim of providing financial contributions to worthy projects.
Trade Fair GrootGroenPlus
At the beginning of 2024, Trade Fair GrootGroenPlus, an international nursery stock trade fair, submitted a proposal to increase the number of international buyers attending the fair. Through this project, a targeted focus can be placed on potential exhibitors and the promotion of trade in visually appealing nursery stock products, encouraging international visits to GGP.
Based on the project proposal, a professional jury decided to award financial support for this year's edition of the trade fair and potentially for future editions as well.
Second round of funding
Inspired by the ideas submitted during the first round, Stichting EPS has announced a second round to financially support another project.
Ideas must align with Stichting EPS' goals, which include stimulating the quality of tree nursery products in general, promoting the sales of tree nursery products and undertaking all activities related to or contributing to these objectives. A panel of eight experts will evaluate the submissions, and the best entries will have the opportunity to present their ideas to this jury.
Collaborative projects are highly encouraged. The initiatives that receive funding will also have the opportunity to present their project and results at the 34th edition of Trade Fair GrootGroenPlus from Oct. 2-4 in Zundert, the Netherlands.
To participate, submit the idea, detailed project plan, budget and any photo or video materials to info@grootgroenplus.nl by Sept. 1, 2024.
