
Smart & Stylish: Fine Vines Cranberry Vanilla Honeysuckle
The HGTV HOME Plant Collection announced 12 new family additions to its hand-selected ‘Smart & Stylish’ Shrub line.
The ‘Smart & Stylish’ Shrub collection offers plants designed to thrive in full sun to shade exposure. The collection includes but is not limited to:
• Always Azaleas – Reblooming, cold-hardy selection in multiple colors and sizes
• Barberry Sidekicks – Dwarf and upright ornamental shrubs in vibrant shades
• Fine Vines – Fragrant climbers that attract beneficials and hummingbirds
• Gardenia Charm – Fragrant evergreens are reminiscent of tropical locales
• Happy Berry Hypericums – Compact perennial shrubs with uniquely colored berries in combinations
• Monkey Flower Power – Large, long-blooming flowers for a shade- and moisture- loving tender perennial
• Pretty Potentillas – Large, clear flowers bloom all summer long
• Showstopper Hydrangeas – Mophead and paniculata varieties in several forms, shapes and colors
• Simply Diva Roses – Disease-resistant groundcover and shrub forms
• Sweet Mock-Oranges – Fragrant white flowers that attract both bees and butterflies in the spring
• Sweet Nectar Bush Temptations – Low- or no-seeding butterfly bush in a multitude of sizes to fit any landscape size
The collection also include Abelia, Caryopteris, Grevellia, Lorapetalum, Ozothamnus, Thuja and Weigela in complimentary color palettes.
The debut collection of ornamental flowering ‘Smart & Stylish Shrubs’ was developed by Agricola Management Group in conjunction with HGTV. Plants will be available spring 2013 in select independent garden centers nationwide as part of a soft launch rollout complimenting the “Expressions” annual launch in 2012.
