On Monday, March 4, 2024, Petitti Family of Farms, LLC, announced to customers in a letter authored by Chairman Angelo Petitti and President Joe Allio, its acquisition of Klyn Nurseries, located nearby at 3322 South Ridge Road in Perry, Ohio:

We are pleased to announce an exciting development in the Petitti Family of Farms as we expand our reach and offerings with the acquisition of Klyn Nurseries (Klyn) with an anticipated closing on or around March 28, 2024. As of March 4, 2024, Petitti Family of Farms has taken over full operations of Klyn. Founded in 1921 and located in Perry, Ohio, Klyn Nurseries has been a cornerstone of the horticultural industry, earning a reputation of expertise and boasting a collection of over 1,200 plant varieties on over 700 acres.

Renowned for its specialization in unique and hard-to-find plant material, as well as its comprehensive selection of perennials, natives and grasses, Klyn Nurseries aligns seamlessly with our commitment to innovation and growth. The addition of Klyn Nurseries’ diverse collection of natives and perennials significantly bolsters our portfolio and addresses a growing demand from customers.
