This stunning false indigo was selected for its amazing profusion of vibrant lemon-yellow flowers borne on charcoal-gray-tinted stems, all dramatically displayed above the medium to dark green foliage. Plants bloom for three weeks in mid-spring. ‘Sunny Morning’ is a vigorous plant with many stems, and its dense, uniformly broad-rounded habit is maintained all growing season. Best grown in full sun on well-drained, acidic to neutral soils. Vigorous and garden adaptable! Grows to 3¼' tall by 5' wide. Developed at Chicago Botanic Garden.
