ABZ Seeds, a Dutch strawberry breeder, provides seed-propagated F1 hybrids, and their plants were showcased at the Speedling display at the 2014 Spring Trials. The Hybrid Golan strawberry was confirmed in extended grower trials as an ever bearer with a mildly acidic taste. Fruit of F1 Golan showed a stable conical shape with a bright red color inside and out.
